Stephen John Fry (born 24 August 1957) is a British actor, writer, comedian, author, television presenter and film director. As well as his work in television, Fry has contributed columns and articles for newspapers and magazines, and has written multiple novels and an autobiography. Fry has also got involved in various documentaries as a narrator, and also starred in a documentary about manic depression, also know as bipolarity - a disease Fry himself suffers from.
