Mexico's murder rate reached a record high in 2017, with close to 30,000 dying in drug related violence. The coastal city of Acapulco is particularly dangerous, in the grip of vicious turf wars between gangs over control of the drugs trade. Clive Myrie follows a paramedic and a body collector in Acapulco and meets a senior member of a powerful drug syndicate.
