[edit] Information

Early in World War II, before the rest of the Allied Forces joined the battle, the British Royal Air Force was already involved in a heated air war with Hitler's Germany. The RAF Bomber Command was a risky business and many of the pilots were recruited from across the Commonwealth countries, making it a multinational force. This is the story, told from the British point of view, of the brave souls who put it all on the line to keep England free. WAR FILE includes new footage of the planes that flew the missions, maps of the attack routes, and other material that brings these risky missions to light.
