[edit] Information

For the first time in history we go inside the closely guarded National Reconnaissance Office, a secret intelligence agency, to meet the men and women behind America's spy satellite programme. ‘Spies in the Sky' explores this place that only a few people know exists. For over 50 years the NRO has been the United States' eyes and ears in space. The show takes you inside the National Reconnaissance office itself, speaking with the men and woman working there. Take a look inside this mysterious and previously unknown compound and the incredibly complex spy satellite systems, while exploring the development of high-tech surveillance through history.
