[edit] Information
One in ten men in the UK struggle with their mental health following the birth of a child. Yet, unlike mums, postnatal depression in dads often goes unacknowledged and undiagnosed, leaving fathers to struggle with difficult emotions that can impact the well-being of their entire family. This film follows an extraordinary campaign to get mental health support for dads. Young father Elliott Rae reveals how the traumatic birth of his daughter led him to set up an online community for fathers struggling with PTSD and postnatal depression.
