Cycling across the mountains to explore Hyogo Prefecture's inland areas, we discover some unique local cultures. We learn how a farming couple rescued a rare and tasty type of bean, meet the last craftsman making a castle town's traditional wicker trunks, ride along a scenic coast with a cycling team of local innkeepers and merchants, and find out how a husband and wife team put their tiny country smokehouse on the world gourmet map.
