Albany jail, one of New York's toughest prisons, following inmates from arrest, through incarceration and to trial at the county court.Cases include Jarquell Williams, who is on trial for murder after being accused of shooting a local man,In the first episode, Correctional Officers at Albany are challenged by the arrival of seven senior gangsters transferred from the Big Apple's most notorious prison, Rikers Island.
