Henry Cole rides 3000 miles from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Chapter 1. Preparing for the Adventure Henry prepares his Metisse desert racer for the trip to South Africa. Chapter 2. Johannesburg to the Kalahari Desert After what seems an eternity waiting, Henry Cole sets off on his 3000-mile adventure from Johannesburg to Cape Town, taking in the beautiful African savannah. Chapter 3. Kuruman to Loeriesfontein The town of Kuruman on the fringes of the Kalahari desert could well be Henry Cole's final resting place - only 750 miles into this 3,000-mile adventure to Cape Town. Chapter 4. Loeriesfontein to Matjiesfontein Henry Cole has already suffered a couple of setbacks after two motorbikes blew up. Now, he's riding from Loeriesfontein to Matjiesfontein. Chapter 5. Matjiesfontein to Cape Town The end is nearly in sight for Henry Cole's South African adventure. He has been on the road for three weeks, blown up two bikes and faced considerable adversity.
