[edit] Information

Blind comedian Chris McCausland explores some of the world's most iconic landmarks to discover things that the ordinary traveller might miss.

[edit] Chapter 1: Acropolis

Chris is joined by Harry Hill for a trip to the Acropolis in the Greek capital Athens. They soak up some local culture, including sea fishing, pottery making, olive oil tasting and Greek drama lessons, and even try their hand at a few Olympic sports in the iconic Panathenaic Stadium.

[edit] Chapter 2: Colosseum

Chris McCausland is joined by comedian and presenter Tom Allen in Rome, where they eat ice cream before it melts, zip around the city on a rickety Vespa, train to be gladiators, learn to sing opera and make pasta from scratch. And will Tom's one-of-a-kind commentary do the Colosseum justice for Chris?

[edit] Chapter 3: Petra

Chris McCausland visits Jordan in the Middle East with actor, writer and comedian Guz Khan, to visit the magnificent ancient city of Petra. But before they head to the wonder, Chris floats for the first time in his life in the Dead Sea, and the pair almost melt during an intense facial spa treatment. In Petra itself, they haggle with shopkeepers, ride camels and listen to tales told by candlelight, before ending their trip with traditional music and a Bedouin feast.

[edit] Chapter 4: Niagara Falls

Chris McCausland and Liza Tarbuck head to Canada to experience the majestic natural marvel that is Niagara Falls. It's the only wonder in the series that makes a noise, so Chris is especially excited to be here. The pair explore the wider Canadian cultural landscape of axe throwing, bushcraft and poutine before heading into the heart of the falls for an emotional final experience.
