[edit] Information

In the remote corners of the planet lie the last survivors of the great civilizations. The series Between Earth and Sky documents the people who are removed from the industrialized world who still live in perfect harmony with nature. Highlighted by the visual integrity of High Definition, explore these remote destinations that have remained untouched and unchanged for centuries and meet the people that call these places home.

On board a hot air balloon, Sebastien Lafont, a young balloonist explorer, travels around the world to meet traditional communities who live in remote parts. By sharing their daily lives, their home and meals, Sebastien learns from their customs and builds strong relationships with the inhabitants. In exchange, he offers to take them aboard his balloon so they can see their world as never before: from the sky!

Sebastien's spontaneous comments and original approach allow a real immersion into local reality. A unique way to exchange knowledge and to share emotions & excitement!
