Goes behind the scenes of leading London fashion agency Milk, which specialises in supplying plus-size models. Owner Anna Shillinglaw set up the agency with a handful of girls seven years ago but now has more than 100 curvy models on her books. Here, Felicity, Sonny and Hayley reveal how they were discovered, talk about the impact modelling has had on their lives and how they deal with the backlash from those who claim they are promoting obesity. In the second half three women reveal the highs and lows of the work, and what it is like selling clothes for a growing legion of household fashion brands. Lauren's career is going from strength to strength since she joined Milk and there is more good news on the horizon, while new girl Charlotte reveals how she is known as an inbetweenie who sits below the bigger sizes.
