Follows the life and career of the legendary football manager, who won an unprecedented 38 trophies during his 26-year tenure in charge of Manchester United. From his working-class roots in Govan, Glasgow to his career as one of the most acclaimed managers of all time, the film takes a look at what makes Sir Alex tick. While recovering from a traumatic brain haemorrhage, Ferguson recounts details of his life and career to his son Jason. Aside from interviews with Alex, his wife Cathy and his three sons, there are contributions from former colleagues and players including Eric Cantona, Ryan Giggs and Gordon Strachan.
