[edit] Information

The Billion Pound Hotel Shaped like a giant sail and standing more than 1,000ft tall, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai cost an estimated £1billion to build, and has been dubbed the world's most luxurious hotel. Guests paying anything up to £10,000 a night expect only the highest of standards, so what does it take for the staff to satisfy these demanding customers? This programme follows the stories of a variety of visitors, from the King of Uganda to a firefighter who has saved up months of wages, and the workers who serve them.
