[edit] Information

Examines the disappearance of Joanna Simpson in 2010, telling the story of an investigation that changed British legal history and led to a tragic discovery.

[edit] Chapter 1:

The morning after she went missing, her British Airways captain husband Robert Brown made a 999 call to report a domestic issue, but despite handing himself in, he then refused to help the police with their investigation.

[edit] Chapter 2:

A three-day long police interview of Robert Brown finally ended with a confession and the pilot leading officers to the site where Joanna Simpson was buried, a remote spot in Windsor Great Park. The trial that followed saw Brown deny murder with a defence of adjustment disorder due to diminished responsibility and 13 years on, he has served half his prison sentence and is due to be released. Can a high-profile campaign from Joanna's family keep him behind bars?
