Barra Best sets out to uncover and explore some of Northern Ireland's lost railways. Chapter 1: Barra begins with a visit to Co Down's answer to Stonehenge. The presenter also hears about a battle to control Newcastle's growth as a tourist resort, as well as enjoying a day at the races. Chapter 2: Barra continues his quest to uncover and explore lost railways, hearing about the astronomer who fought to keep the railway out of Armagh and the mill owner who paid to have one built. He also ventures into the dark reaches of Ireland's longest railway tunnel. Chapter 3: Barra hears how the Fermanagh railways were used in a game of wartime espionage, takes a trip to the barbers and tells the surprising story of Belleek's female admiral.
